How to whitelist blocked IP?

Step 1:- Login to Hosting1 server and use the below commands to check the logs

 csf -g <ip> give the reason

 grep <ip> /var/log/lfd.log

If you get any output check why its blocked else follow below steps

Step 2:- Login to WHM--hosting site

Step 3:- Search for csf(firewall)

Step 4:- Go to tab csf

Step 5:- Check for option "quick allow"

Step 6:- Add the ip

Step 7:- Allow and check the output
