How to enable the MFA for AWS IAM users

Step 1 Go to the AWS account.

Step2

Navigate to IAM (Identity and Access Management) service. Click on "IAM" in the AWS console.

Step3:

Select the user to set up MFA.

Step4:

In the user's settings, click on "Security credentials."

Step5:

Under "Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)," click "Assign MFA device."

Step6:

Specify the device name and Authentication app option

Install any Authentication app on the users mobile and scan the code

Once code is scanned in mobile MFA codes need to be collected from mobile and update in the setup Device console as shown in above picture and save it.

Thats all.Now MFA will be enabled for the AWS IAM user account
