How to connect hardware node using citrix xencenter.

Introduction:

Citrix XenCenter is a management tool for Citrix Hypervisor (formerly known as XenServer). To connect to a hardware node using Citrix XenCenter, you need to follow these general steps:

Prerequisites:

  1. Citrix xencentre

Procedure:

step1:

  1. Download and Install xen citrix centre

Note: xencentersetup.exe

step2:

  1. Add new xen server (hardware node)


Click Add New server option in the menu and enter the purchased hardware node server ip with login credentials (username and password )

step3:

  1. Now click add to access the server.

step4:

  1. After successfully adding the server we can able to see the hardware node under Xen Center


step5

  1. Right click on the added hardware node and click connect.


step6:

  1. Now the hardware node will be ready for the VM creation.
