Mark on-call alerts Documentation

Step1:
First, we need to turn on Hubstaff and mark any task-related activity (this is compulsory). We also need to ensure that Hubstaff remains turned on.

Step2:
Click the URL below to access the super root user spreadsheet. Scroll down the spreadsheet to find the credentials highlighted in yellow.

Step3:

After logging into the webmail, it shows the emails we want to check for important messages.

The green-marked emails contain important messages, while the red-marked ones are spam emails, so please ignore them. For any marked emails, we need to take a snapshot and copy the topics.

Step4:

In Slack, we have an on-call alerts channel.

We need to send the format below with a snapshot. Tag Indra after 'Hi' and please use @channel.
